Ballet I is the perfect way to introduce your little one to the world of dance. Foundational ballet steps, cooperation within a group, gross motor skills, rhythm, and creative movement will be explored.

Led by experienced and caring instructors, your child will develop a love for dance while building confidence and improving their coordination. With regular attendance, self-discipline and creativity will be fostered as your child continues to progress in their learning.

Ballet I can give your child a strong foundation in ballet while providing them with a fun and supportive environment to grow.

Choose one of the two class times. Class is once a week.

Dress Code

Class leotard color is PINK and will be incorporated into the costume for the performace. Class attire is ballet slippers, leotard and skirt (tights are optional). Please tie hair back into bun if possible. You may purchase ballet slippers and attire at the studio. Dance attire can also be found at Target and Walmart in Hilo, as well as online.

Cancellation Policy

Can't make it to class? Click here and fill out the form before the scheduled time to request a credit for another class. Requests made after the class occurs cannot be accommodated. We cannot offer refunds.

Cancellation fee will be applied to cover transaction fees. Refunds cannot be given once the session begins. No class credits for Winter/Spring Sessions. Please email info@centerstagehilo.com to inquire about makeup classes.

Parking

If there is no parking available in our parking lot, there is on-street parking on Hinano St, one block over from us, and on Kawili St. If you feel your keiki are old enough, you may drop them off at the studio doors and come back later when a parking spot opens up.
