In Ballet III, we build on the basic and intermediate steps learned in previous levels. Students will work on balance, grace, precision and self-discipline and explore rhythm through dance routines and choreography.

This class is the perfect next step for dancers who want to continue developing their technique. It is in this class that students can start learning to dance in pointe shoes if your child would like to take their ballet experience to the next level.

Dress Code

Class leotard color is ROYAL BLUE and will be incorporated into the costume for the performace. Class attire is ballet slippers, leotard and skirt (tights are optional). Please tie hair back into bun if possible. You may purchase ballet slippers at the studio. Dance attire can be found at Target and Walmart in Hilo, as well as online (Amazon has a good selection).

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. If you can’t come to class, email info@centerstagehilo.com to receive a class credit. You must cancel at least one hour before class. Class credits cannot be given after the class occurs.

Keiki class credits can only be used during summer session and will not transfer to future sessions.

Parking

If there is no parking available in our parking lot, there is on-street parking on Kawili St, one block over from us, between Hinano St and Laukapu St. Please do not park at the church next door as they may tow your car.
