Spring Session: January 6th - May 23rd
This is a new class taught by highly trained ballet and pilates instructor, Vicky Robbins.
This class is for everyone! You don't have to be a dancer! Suitable for all levels, 10 years old and up.
Class focuses on correct body alignment. Students will learn simple warm ups that can be used in daily life or before class for injury prevention, for any style of dance.
PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT WITH YOU TO CLASS.
